Hi, my name is Anna,

My Conviction

You were created for a specific, God-given mission—and that includes your professional life. If you feel a persistent nudge to build something, that dream is a divine invitation, and I am here to help you honor it. In my journey, I have found that the greatest obstacle is often the very first hurdle: placing your trust in God and having the confidence to simply begin.

Where This Journey Began

My grandmother carried a similar vision. She was a woman of deep spirit and bravery who yearned to launch her own venture. However, she faced systemic barriers—lack of education, funding, and mentorship. Her dream remained unrealized. Her legacy stays with me. In honor of her life and the sacrifices of the women who preceded us, I committed to stewarding my opportunities and following my calling. Flourish Collective is the fruit of that decision, designed to help you do the same.

My Path to Here

I grew up witnessing my father’s entrepreneurial spirit, and that drive became part of my identity. At eighteen, I moved from Austria to the UK, spending ten years in private healthcare. I climbed the ranks from receptionist to practice manager and eventual business partner. Throughout that decade, I realized my passion for building: creating efficient systems, cohesive teams, and meaningful client experiences. I formally studied business management and specialized in brand strategy and digital marketing.Later, following a spiritual calling, my family relocated to Germany. For eight years, I led women’s ministries and managed regional communications for my church. During this time, I certified as a professional coach because I kept meeting the same type of woman: talented, driven, and called to lead, yet hindered by isolation. They didn’t lack skill; they lacked a community that understood the intersection of high-level ambition and deep-rooted faith.

Discernment Over Information

I’ve discovered that for modern Christian women, the problem isn't a lack of resources—it's a surplus of noise. We have more access than any generation in history, but we lack clarity. The real work is discernment: learning to quiet the world’s demands to hear the steady voice of God directing your specific path. Faith-based leadership isn't about moving faster; it's about being more rooted. It’s choosing calling over career.

Flourish Collective is a dedicated community and coaching practice for Christian women in leadership. It is a space for those who want to embrace their divine purpose with boldness while walking alongside peers who share their Kingdom values. Here, you will find transformative growth, genuine encouragement, and a network of women ready to collaborate and learn together.

My Coaching Philosophy

As an ICL-certified coach, I work at the crossroads of theology, psychology, and personal growth. My extensive training, combined with a decade of leadership and ministry experience, allows me to see the unique potential and patterns in every individual. I intentionally work with only a few women at a time to ensure depth over volume. Every client receives my focused attention, my strategic toolkit, and my unwavering belief in the vision God has entrusted to them.
